Shipping & Processing

Orders for HOTB required a processing time frame as well as a shipping time frame. The processing can be 2-4 days consisting of handling and care of order. This does not include the shipping time frame required for orders.

Orders for HOTB require 2-3 days for shipping time frame. Shipping requires a designated day chosen for a delivery pick up schedule. Once shipping day is missed, orders are subject to be shipped on following shipping day. Shipping time is not the same as processing time.

Shipping and handling can be 4-7 business days NOT including holiday. Delay on all orders are updated within the business page of HOTB.
