House of Thrift Boutique provides an online experience that requires responsible shoppers. All bid orders must be honored or non-responsible shopper can result in an immediate termination of access.

HOTB  specializes in vintage pieces that may come with vintage wear. With this understanding, any disclaimers are disclosed or reflected through picture. 

RETURNS

House of Thrift Boutique has a NO REFUND policy. In the even there is an error committed through processing of HOTB, a refund may be admitted at HOTB discretion. 

All inquires for a refund are assessed by HOTB team and will be fully communicated with all customers and clients. Client is responsible for understanding of ALL purchases and information and knowledge of inventory.
